Orbit shows the menus, shops, opening hours and directions of places in the city. Open a place from the app, or scan the QR code on its table or door.

Something wrong on a page?

Open the page and tap "Report a problem with this page" at the bottom. It comes straight to Orbit.

Your business on Orbit

In the app, open More → Put your business on Orbit, or use the form on go.orbit.krd. We will call you back.

Businesses already on Orbit

Owners and staff sign in from More → Sign in to your business, with the same account as on their till.

Deleting your account, or what you sent us

An Orbit account is optional. If you made one, delete it in the app: More → your name → Delete my account. It is erased straight away. Without the app, write to hello@orbit.krd from the account's phone number and we delete it within 30 days.

What is deleted: your phone number, name, birthday, saved list, points and rewards. What is kept: records of past purchases and points, without your number or name, so each business's totals stay correct — they can no longer be linked to you.

Without an account, the saved places, language and look on your phone are deleted with the app itself.

If you sent a message to a place, a report about a page, or a "Put your business on Orbit" request, write to hello@orbit.krd from the same phone number or email, or tell us the number you gave, and we delete it within 30 days. You do not have to say why.
