Terms of use
Last updated: 9 October 2026
These terms cover the Orbit app and the pages on go.orbit.krd, made by Orbit KRD. By using them you agree to these terms.
What Orbit shows
Each place's page — its menu or products, prices, photos, opening hours and contact details — is published by that business. Orbit shows it as the business gives it. Prices and availability can change, so confirm anything important with the business itself.
Using the forms
Messages, reports and "Put your business on Orbit" requests must be genuine. Do not send anything unlawful, abusive or misleading, and do not send in someone else's name. We may limit or block misuse.
Content
Names, logos, photos and texts on a place's page belong to that business. The Orbit name, logo and app belong to Orbit KRD. Map data © OpenStreetMap contributors.
The service
We work to keep Orbit available and correct, but it is provided as it is, without guarantees. Orbit KRD is not responsible for what a business publishes or for its goods and services.
Orbit Points and offers
Orbit Points are a reward programme for Orbit account holders. They are not money: they have no cash value, cannot be bought, sold, exchanged for cash or given to another person, and are not a way to pay. They can only be used for the rewards businesses offer for them.
Each business decides and provides its own offers and rewards, and is responsible for honouring them while they are shown. Points may wait a short time before they can be used, so that returns and cancellations can be counted.
If a purchase is returned or cancelled, the points it earned are taken back. A reward you claim sets its points aside; if you cancel it or it runs out unused, the points come back.
Orbit sets how many points a purchase earns. A change applies to purchases after it, never to points you already have. If Orbit ever ends Orbit Points, you will be told at least 30 days before, so you can use them.
Orbit may correct points given by mistake or through misuse, and may pause an account that is being misused; you can ask us to look at it again: hello@orbit.krd. If points ever start to expire, you will be told beforehand. Deleting your account deletes your points.
An Orbit account is for one person with their own mobile number, aged 13 or over.
Buying from a shop
Each shop on Orbit sells its own products and is the seller: it sets its prices, delivery fees and rules, delivers or hands over the order, and is responsible for the goods. Orbit carries the order between you and the shop.
An order is a request until the shop accepts it. If the shop changes an order (for example something ran out), nothing changes until you accept the change; you can cancel instead. You can cancel before the shop sends it out. Payment is between you and the shop, as you chose at checkout.
Discount codes are the shop's; each works only at that shop and under its conditions. Reviews must be your own, honest, and about the order.
Businesses
Businesses that use Orbit's system and sign in from the app do so under their own agreement with Orbit KRD.

These terms are governed by the laws in force in the Kurdistan Region of Iraq. If something goes wrong, please contact us first and we will try to put it right.
